Refund & Milestone Policy

1. Our Phase-Based Billing Model

At Voltrix CX, we operate as an AI-powered custom software engineering company delivering at 5x speed and 30% of traditional agency costs. To ensure complete financial transparency and zero risk for our clients, we charge exclusively on a Milestone and Phase-Based Billing Model. You pay for defined phases and working deliverables rather than bloated open-ended retainers.

2. MVP & Phase Deliverables

Every project — whether deploying our flagship Nexus AI agent or building custom enterprise software — is divided into structured development phases (e.g., Architecture, RAG Indexing, Webhook Integration, MVP Launch). Our standard delivery model guarantees a working MVP within 3 days of kickoff, with full production software delivered within 5 weeks from project kickoff. Payments are tied directly to the approval and completion of each phase.

3. Refunds & Daily Delay Guarantee

We hold our engineering team to total accountability:

• 10% Daily Delay Refund Guarantee: During software build scoping and discussion, a strict delivery timeline is agreed upon. If Voltrix CX fails to deliver the agreed phase or MVP on time as discussed, we guarantee a 10% refund of that milestone fee per day of delay.
• Applies to every milestone: This 10% daily refund applies to every agreed milestone, including the initial 3-day MVP checkpoint and the 5-week full software delivery.
• Completed Phases: Once a project milestone or MVP phase is completed and delivered according to the agreed specification, payments for that phase are non-refundable.
• Active / Pending Phases: If you decide to cancel or pause development during an active phase, you may terminate the project at any time. You will only be billed pro-rata for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any unearned prepaid funds for future phases will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
