Voltrix CX operates as an AI-powered custom software engineering company delivering at 5x speed and 30% of traditional agency costs, committing to delivering a working MVP within 3 days and full core software functionality within strictly 5 weeks from kickoff. All deliverables are divided into clear, milestone-based development phases.
2. 10% Daily Delay Refund Guarantee
We hold our engineering team to the highest standards of accountability. During the software build discussion and scoping phase, a strict milestone deadline is established. If Voltrix CX fails to deliver the agreed phase or MVP on time as discussed, we guarantee a 10% refund of that milestone fee per day of delay. This guarantee ensures complete alignment and zero delivery risk for our enterprise partners.
3. 100% Client Code Ownership
Upon the full settlement and approval of each development milestone, you receive 100% intellectual property rights and full source code ownership of all custom software, APIs, database architectures, and AI agent workflows developed for your business. We do not lock you into proprietary vendor cages.
